109 servo brakes

HI everyone, I'm a new boy here. I have just more or less finished restoring a 1976 petrol 109, having some bother with brakes. All wheel cylinders are new, all pipework is new, new drums, new brake shoes, master cylinder. The servo is s/h. There is suction from the pipe connected to the manifold.
I know I have not got all the air out of the system but without the servo connected I have about 3/4 pedal, if I connect the servo, I have hardly any pedal !!
Any ideas or comments please...

Welcome to LZ, mate. :)

The brakes are notoriously hard to bleed. Gravity bleed is usually the best, and wheel cylinder adjustment is crucial, every click of the snail cams loses about a quarter of an inch travel on the pedal.
Try locking the shoes out against the drums, that way you will see what pedal you have actually got.
 
servo is working ,you need to eliminate all the air, you may need to adjust servo rod ,depending on how much free play there is before rod pushes on master cylinder
