Disco 2 03 face-lift warning light next to mileage

HI just gone out to car have to use key (always had to use key) to unlock car but only drivers door opened (turned key twice)
nothing when put key in ignition bleeping noise flashing light next to mileage car starts OK but as driving found no indicates and no hazards also the door unlock button in car not working looked on google but not finding owt any help would be great full thanks

If the symbol is a crossed B it's IDM or BCU, it can have various symptoms see this(read it all): https://www.landyzone.co.uk/land-rover/please-help-no-crank-no-start.296713/#post-3692921

Yes, that's the crossed "B" to which @sierrafery was referring.
It's either a problem with the BCU, the IDM or the connection between the two.
The first check should be for moisture ingress or damage (verdigree) in both units.
