Ok thats not so bad then. Not as though im ever in a massive rush to get off my drive anyway. Ill put some money aside each month then as and when get an Ashcroft box :D

Thanks mate been really helpful!

Cheers ill give him a shout.

It may be getting worse however, in the middle of doing a 100 mile drive about half way in we stopped off at the services and it was a struggle to get it out of 5th and a real pain to change gear.

The whole clutch system was done last year. Full clutch kit by LR and the master/slave done my indie. All genuine parts.

Once i was back in a town shifting through gears it was fine. Maybe sitting on the m-way in 5th for an hour caused it to 'lock up'?

Sounds like you have a release bearing issue when you push the clutch pedal fully down. If that is the case then the clutch may still be dragging which could be your issue. I assume it still goes into gear easily with engine off?

Well thanks to all of you and JM I think ive solved the problem.

Combination of the pedal being out by 20mm, now back at 140mm and not being bled enough. This part shall wait till the weekend.

Thanks again to everyone.

Update -

Clutch bled through twice and pedal adjusted further. No issues what so ever now, many thanks.
