East midlands,
Has ANYONE managed to get general grabber TR's 235/85 16 of disco 1 cylones with a high lift,
just had the front of the 110 in the air onto the tyre and the bastid still woulnd shift, and yes the jack was right up againt the bead :mad::mad::mad:

Yeah just done a set of BFG AT's with an hilift, move the tyre round a couple of times and pour some washingup liquid on to the tyre to lube the rim of the tyre. Oh and if it dunt move straight away fook orf and have a cuppa while ya waiting. Gravity will win in the end.

Hilift wil shift em in the end just leave it jacked up over night if necessary. it'll move eventually

Aye, it is a bit like trying to get a steering relay out of a series... Leave it overnight and think what the **** was that! When it drops in the middle of the night :D

Could have done with getting em off as i am selling the tyre in the morning;) but hey i will get the rim back in time :)

No worries mate, I'll take them as is, and get them popped off; I've got to take them to a fitter to get them put on my rims anyway, so as long as you don't need them in the next week or so, I'll get them back to you OK :) call you tomorrow and let you know my ETA

ok gertie :D, I didnt want to end up fooking the tyres up ;), no rush in getting the rims back just when you are passing :)

yup and the valves are stuck open, so when the tyre is squashed teh air comes out:mad:

I have a plan to stop it happening in the futre tho ;):p

Tite bastid 50p will get ya a set of valve caps with the valve key inthe top or £2.49 will get yu a valve tool from Halfrauds. and you can remove the valve completly then. Makes it easier to reseat em on the rim if refitting em.
