By the way boydy I think I saw you t'other day, came into halfrauds with william cos he bust his chain on the marin and we were after a new split link. Didn't realise it was you till he said after we were out the door, I parked next to you though.

they always have this hint of austin maxiness about them though, or ambassador that i can't get away from,
like the sherpa lights on the disco, just sours it a bit for me.

Very true, almost every single british car of that era seems to share the same parts bin to their detriment.

my neighbour had a v12 for a weekend from some car club thingy- stuck 50 quid in the tank and it was gone the same afternoon... my landy ain't exactly frugal but this was freaking scary!
