TD5 running lumpy @ fast idle

Hi all the old tub is running lumpy at fast idle (slight miss) and feels more like a vibration when driving seems engine related ?? TD5 is 2000 GS auto.sometimes is hesitant to change gear now and then.
anyone have any clues.:crutch:

Check for oil contamination in the injector wiring loom.
