disco 2 td5 warning lights help

Just got a td5 well happy bargin! Thought id treat it to a good service flushed/changed engine oil and filter,air filter,fuel filter,checked all levels.Adjusted hand brake.Great all good and seems to run better for it.
But pulled on the drive when i got home and 3 yellow lights came on - (TC) - ABS - and a picture of a car going down a steep hill,Obviously hill desent control. But why have they come on could i have knocked some thing ?? Have i bought a piece of sh** with a intermittent fault ? If anyone has a clue or had this problem id love to know. confused,happy but pi88ed off!!

It's called "the three amigos" and usually is due to a problem with one of the ABS wheel sensors or, worst, the ABS brake distributor, that will cost a fortune if new, or a few hundreds if second hand.
Try a test at a dealer maybe is just a repair code that must to be wipe down from the ECU.

Mine does it occasionally.

Turning the ignition off then on again fixes it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?.

Its a computer, first course of action for any problem is reboot.

We found the immobiliser would sometimes play up on the Discovery 2 and occasionally we had to lock and unlock the car to clear it.
