I done that for years no chance of me doing that now.

Donkeys year ago I did three jobs at the same time to earn enough dosh to go on a rather long holiday with a girlfriend and her family. Work, sleep, eat when you can. Not to be recommended! But you can do it when you are young.
Still it was a great holiday!
(We split up half way through it!) but Northern Italy/ Chiantishire/Florence/Sienna/south of France was glorious!

Gottid meself a white rose from sainsberrys this week. Last weeks pink rose it opening its flowers slowly. Yer can see a change each day. Tis nice to see it happen. Edgars well chuffed.

Why not try a courgette, sliced and maybe chopped a little more then a shallot and a clove of garlic, crushed, some Herbes de Provence or Italian herbs all sautéd together in either oil or a mix of oil and butter, it doesn't have to be olive oil, sunflower oil is actoooly less harsh flavour wise, THEN add your mushrooms. I have this, or a variation of it, every Saturday night with my steak.
You could also add a little red wine to deglaze the pan or a bit of brandy.

Put me plastic squander card through some pain today. Booked a couple of weeks hols on the sunny isle and some flights to get there, now that travel restrictions have eased off a bit. Seems that flights are harder to come by post covid - prices not risen much but availability much reduced. Had to change my usual airport from Leeds to Mankchester. Only been to Mankchester airport once before and that was because I had to get a guvmint funded repatriation flight home after the airline I went out with went bust while I was on hols.
