Well, it is 600W ATM (3/4 HP) but... it is brushed and so has little low-end torque, you have to go faster than you really want to, in order to balance things.
That's not good in terms of SFM and the tools, but the compromises manage to get the job done.
A full 750W brushless should be a lot better (when I get there). Thanks.
 
Afternoon folks:).

So the outside was above 0 today so went back to the east wing and did some more work, its basically outside as no insulation yet and worse the sun don't get in there much;).
Anyway in prep for a bumper change on the "mudball" I also sprayed the bolts, will do it again tomorrow then it may go in the garage over the weekend. will probably need to get some more cable and a cut off switch or a big relay for the supply, also some good bolts. Need to start a shopping list;). pretty sure it will include some new tools sneaked into the list:D.

You have all been busy since I was last here (in type) sounds like everybody is ok and getting stuff sorted:).

Well the shed job has grown as some of the side panels are rotten, and I mean p!ss rotten!!!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
So i have finished the felting and went on to over-panelling the side with some wavy-edged board I have. All tantalised so should last a while. It sure is a bodge and I'm not proud but frankly it is that which has cost me nowt and was quite quick, or a new shed and lord knows what they cost.
Third way would be to take it all down then rebuild with new, but it would fall apart (further:rolleyes:) if I did that.
W is taking about getting rid of her greenhouse anyway, so it would make more sense to put up a much bigger shed in the space and then guess who would have a bit of a man cave!!??? (The green house is next to the shed).
So I'll feed the dogs then get on and finish the rather pointless decorative bits on the gable ends of the shed that cover over the edges of the felt.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

My Raglan has 1HP 3 Phase motor and it will take a 3mm DOC without struggling :)
