All clean and dry, like new. I've more stuff to clean and dry on the body and then try to see if she starts and functions tomorrow ....If the BECM circuit boards are contaminated with mud, you can wash them with distilled water if you do not have electronic cleaner. Isopropyl alcohol is also OK.

Quite possibly the dented sill hidden behind the plastic outer casing.. Last year offroading near Paris...Unlucky. Your door seals should have stopped that ... Mine did.
There must be a leak somewhere. They're more watertight than people give them credit for.
