I am thinking of getting a 2000 plate TD5 Disco. At £4k I think it's a bit over priced but looks immaculate on the outside. I know they rust badly and hide issues, anyone in Lincolnshire fancy a trip out to have a look at it with me

Morning all, it is still raining but not as bad as last night. The dog decided after a few yards that what she really wanted was to be in the warm and about turned and ran home!!

Norra good morning to get out. The rain is cold and being forced in from the norf.

After a very wild night I am left with NO WATER! Fortunately, the kettle still had enough water in it for my mornin' cuppa.
I phoned the emergency number at 6.30 and they are now 'on the job' - I was the third report of the mornin', not bad seeing as there are only a dozen of us living 'ere. They will ring me shortly with a report on the on-going situation.

BOTH dogs have gone out, I think they thought it would be calmer and quieter out than in!

Don't forget it is SATURDAY today so you can go back to bed and keep warm and safe - except for some.

By 9.15 water had been restored.
The wind has now got even stronger!

All water comes straight off the mains BUT they have telephoned to say that there is a burst but they are now on the job and the supply should be restored by mid-morning.

I hope everyone is safe and well despite the weather.
Very cold here, but not much wind or rain (yet).
Wifey was adamant BBC Weather said it wold hit us at 6AM. My weather app says not till around midd-day 1pm and we will have 69mph winds (allegedly).
No papers available when I went out, missing driver.
