Freelander 2 clutch slip

Is there any reason the clutch would slip apart from wear? I saw something about auto adjusters sticking on the piston heads site but can’t find it anywhere else. The clutch was new about this time last year.

I saw something about auto adjusters sticking on the piston heads site but can’t find it anywhere else.

The FL2 clutch is hydraulic, so is naturally self adjusting.
If it's slipping, and only a year old, I'd be taking it back to whoever did the work.
