Paper got, chores done. :)
I think I have discovered the answer to a good nights sleep. :)
Apart from the obligatory Kidney relief run @ 3AM I have slept sound as a baby again last night.
The answer? - Bedsocks! Actual soft fluffy warm soft men's (says so on the packet) Bedsocks! Wow! What a difference. ;)
Youngest son's 35th Birthday today, so I shall be COVID-Lockdown-Breaking to pop round and see him and wish him well and deliver dome gifts.
Have a great day everyone. :D

Planted the slabs on me noo step this morning. Although it is not as enigmatic as his step, I have dedicated it to Neil Armstrong. :D:D:D

And that is it for me hard landscaping until next spring (unless I get my share of global warming before then).

Hi late afternoon folks:)

Been on the tiles today (the roof). We have 3 dormers and it appears that 3 of the 6 valleys are showing that they leak:mad:.
So have started on what looks like the worst to try and make a "Pigs Purse " into a "Silk Ear":D before the weather turns nasty.

Got 1 stripped of the crappy cement work and added some new tiles and managed to recut to make it look like a straight line instead of a mountain range it was. Bit of new valley and last couple of cuts then to cement that's tomorrow 1 down.:).
Been up & down most of the afternoon plus the standing at an angle, Me poor legs are knacked. Got to make the best of these good sunny days:).

So fire has been kicked and the smell of what's in the slow cooker has been driving me mad all day, So a shower first as my hair has a red tint to it :) ( well what's left) and lets see what in the cooker:).

I see everybody is still busy but staying safe:)

Of course it does, that's why the remote locking doesn't work when it's cold and damp, I have to walk around and do it manually ...:D
I ad a rusty sump on the D1, it was weeping oil! Had to change it obvs! What a pain! hope yours isn't that bad yet and you can treat it paint it with Smoothrite or summat!

Finished for today!
Started by putting together the first of the cabinets for the utility room reinstall, then measured up for the tiling and got fed up as am going to have to box clever to not need to buy any more. They is expensive!
So ripped the old'uns off this affo which was very satisfying! I love a bit of destruction! Even got 12 off whole, but no use for them!
Wifey's special pasta dish for dins tonight! Yum Yum!
Enjoy your evening folks!:):):)

You must be SO tempted to take an airgun to it!
If I had one and was able to use it, believe me, law or no law, that would not be alive now! And if its family and mates don't move house soon they would also become targets. :(
I love wildlife but there are limits which, sadly, they are getting very close to overstep. :(:(:(
