This whole staying up late malarkey is getting tedious now.
It's not that I'm tired but more that I'm bored... there's only so much rubbish you can watch on uToob before that also gets boring.
Hopefully working at night won't be so bad as at least I'll have a task to do.
Anyhoo, I'm off to bed. Nite All.

I started off in Builth wells in the morning & ended up in kings Lynn(via glos & Bristol)Come to Wales! Not the fastest road network
Loved the drive over the Brecon Beacons to Cardiff in the morning with the sun coming up.

A light frost and a bit of mist but the sun is now lifting its sleepy head so we look as if we are in for a nice day.
Sadly, the wee one went out but ran back in ten minutes later and he is now lying down by the side of my bed.

Cool & dry here with a touch of frost.
1st coffee has slid down all too quickly.
Cat is demanding attention, bird feeders re-filled and little covered bird house topped up with food too (it's all GO here)
I superglued the rubber trim to the faux-shutters yesterday. and now I have crusty & black thumb & forefinger pads. Not sure how long it will take for these to wear away, but at least the trim stays on the shutters.
Next task is to un-twist/bend the shutters or add some additional rubber trim to the sides to provide a friction-fit to hold the twist/bend out.
Placing and removing them each day is a faff, but the effect is very pleasing. We will see how it goes.

I have but I'm not hearing anything back from many of them. It seems that a lot of companies won't even reply to say no thanks.
There are zero hour contract jobs but I need to know that I can pay the mortgage each month.

My son being a close contact with another pupil who has tested positive for Covid needs to self isolate for 14 days
Not good missing 2 weeks of his highers.
His bedroom not the tidiest at the best of times will be a cess pit after 2 weeks, perhaps I'll let him use the toilet rather than the bucket !
