I've got the option of putting an lt77 into my ex-mil 109 with a 2.5n/a. I've had a search but could do with straight answers to a couple of questions.

1- I've got the engine fitted on new mounts and mated to a series gearbox at the moment (all in a working vehicle) so if I put the lt77 onto it as is will the gearbox fit ok or will it need new mounts.

2- I assume a 110 prop will fit the rear is that right?

3- What front prop will I need?

4- Not interested in hearing about problems with cvj's and uj's..........

Cheers

I don't think that the actual gearbox is a problem, but I think there may be a problem with fitting the series transfer box to the gearbox. You could use the Defender transfer box and have permanent 4 wheel drive but it is not an easy job to fit all the linkages and yes, you may need the 110 props.

I am using the lt77 and transfer box together, not using a series transfer box. Its the fitting of the box into the chassis and what props I need that I'm looking for.....all the other bits I can work round.
