Evening lockdown loons

I was planning on getting some nice seats etc but thought first things first let’s go through the mechanicals and get her pampered. I wasn’t to do a rather comprehensive service. On list so far:
Axle fluid changes
Transfer oil change
Gearbox oil change
Engine oil change with filters
Fuel filter
Thermostat
Fresh Coolant
Bleed screw
Air filter
Replaced fuel reg with Bosch already
Pump looked a little dirty but sounds alright.
Buy spare crank angle sensor
Brakes seem ok
Clutch fluid bled through and replaced last month

@Henry_b @haza88 any thoughts? 15p engine 140k. @haza88 which clutch spring did you get?

When was the brake fluid last changed? They say it should be done every 2 years.

serpentine belt would be easy to change whilst you’ve got the fan off to do the thermostat.

Rear air bags? Again depending on their age. Should be considered a service part, every 5 years depending on use.

good shout, thank you - tis a tractor so no bags in rear just pigs

New injector loom and rocker gasket, clean oil out of ecu, new front cam cover, check bottom rad hoses from thermostat as they get neglected and are cheap, and most importantly clean, rust convert, paint and wax chassis. If you take the belt off check all ancillaries for bearing noise and also fan for binding. Then you can sacrifice the goat to banish the evil spirits.
Add cavity wax to sills also if this is a D2?
Oh yeah, clean map and oil wastegate actuator, check for boost leaks.....

thank you for these details. Full dinitrol kit is on the list at some point and have access to steam cleaner. It’s a fender. Had new injector loom, cam cover bung and rocker cover prior to my purchase and no leaks. Checked ecu and no oil. Hoses etc are a great shout. Need to order a viscous fan spanner too

Get a pair of the ally coolant hose bleed screws to bargain and well worth buying the oem plastic ones are rubbish
