Cheers, I'm going to fully spray the front and rear bumper with the bed liner as the new front Bumper is a different colour than original and will be adding some more detailing to the sides.

How well does the bed liner stand up to road use? I want to paint the lowers on a pair of motorcycle forks and I need something that will last!

Sorry about the late reply! It holds up really well, I've had it on my wheels for over a year and there is no scratching or peeling. prep well and it will last a long time. Drys very quick and hard.

I've been thinking of doing more but in another colour maybe green but don't want to over do it and end up with a ricer car.
I will be doing the sills and inner doors as they are now scratched up.

More pics of bed liners, so I decided to go full raptor Basalt grey on the body and Halfords on the black trim.

In all honesty I was going to bedliner spray both my further rear side quarter windows on my Disco 2 just as in the Freelander pic since I can't and don't use them at all while driving.

I'm sure I like the look of bed liner spray on the paintwork myself, but it'll definitely hide all sorts of nasties underneath, and shrug off the stone chips too.

For a working vehicle, which spends lots of time off the beaten track, I can see the advantages of a tough exterior layer of protection. I guess polishing the body is a thing of the past too.

It's definitely not to everyone's taste, however in the flesh it really does smarten up the paint work and yes no more polishing.
A fair few of my customers live down some ****ty tracks and private roads and it had picked up alot of pits and scratches over the last two years. A cheap and easy applied alternative to a respray with traditional paints

Good to know about their bed liner spray. Cheers!
The autotek and Halfords aerosols are fine sprays but the Halfords spray nozel needs widening with a pin before you use it as none I've ever used worked off the bat and clogged real easy plus Halfords only ever stock two tins at a time which was a pian as I needed 8
