The gas old question

Evening all,
I know this has been asked a million times but what is the correct gearbox oil for a GM 5 spd auto box ??? I have looked through old posts but cannot see it ...
Also does anyone know how to do the TV upgrade ?? Munes still on analogue so I guess its tuner aerial etc??

That is to Dextron III specifications

Dextron VI is a Fully synthetic Dex III replacement it resists molecular breakdown under excessive heat being synthetic..

Which gives the 5L40 more of a chance of survival.

Yes they can be Dex VI is a fully synthetic derivative.
