I've found an issue while preparing to change my timing belt, one of the mounting lugs on the fan pulley mounts is damaged (4 bolts pass through the fan pulley and screw into mounting lugs), can you get replacement bearing/mounting or is it a replacement front timing belt cover I need

I'm not sure i understand.

can the thread be re- tapped or is it bust , 3 bolts is enough for practical purposes,replacement is generally a new cover but the flange can be pulled off and a good used one pressed back on
 
What’s it made of?
Looks weldable to me if you can find somewhere handy.

Bulkhead and axles back from sand blasting, bulkhead requires some small repairs and new footwells but is in better condition than I expected

Ordered new front stub axles, front timing case cover

I have a pair of narrow cleaned, Galvanised , T washed and chassis in one painted Front radius arms that will be going on Ebay shortly as I needed the wider ones.

Gonna be a stunner when done. Great work:)

But.......:) please spend a couple of spray cans on the heater/fan box :)
