So after having my last landy stolen I have decided to get a removable steering wheel and swivel lock. The only problem I have is the previous owner has put on a momo wheel and worn away the grooves of the hex scews so I can not remove them. Any tips on how I can remove the blasted things?

use a punch the same size as the srew head and hit it till it closes the hole then hammer an allen key in, obviously it only works if your hitting against something solid, if you hit a scew enough it will become loose

Or I have managed to hammer a ‘torx’ type bit into the head aswell and that’s worked to get them out. Strictly one time use though as it wrecks both head and bit.
