Nope, not joking and will confess to never having heard of Noel’s party either. I do vaguely remember It’s A Knockout. Didn’t grow up with telly, far too busy having a ball outdoors . Scorpion stomping is much more fun.

Funny yer should ask as I just goo gled it to see when it were last on. Noels house party stopped in 1998 when the BBC cut money 10% and Noel quit saying the show wouldn't be good enough.

Lush fell 37m practising a bungie jump which was going to happen live on the show. Think they were practicing it. It was from a box hung under a crain. That was on the late late breakfast show int 1986. I dun't remember that show but I liked Noels house party as a kid.
