Fixed it!!
Got the answer on another forum, it was the small plastic length between the sensor unit and the long arm was pointing the wrong way! turned it towards the wheel instead of away from the wheel and its running like a dream!

Good result and thanks for posting the answer so we can all learn a bit more.
Sounds like when the work was done the suspension dropped down to low and over center for the sensor or the arm came of and was put back wrong, but still a good result in the end .

Managed to do the same with mine a few years back now whilst rebuilding front suspension.
It came up with an articulation fault code.....couldn't work it out until I looked at the live data for suspensions sensor heights and the NSF was miles out from the others....alarm bells rang and figured it out.
Ironic thing is.....it doesn't really look out of place when that NSF height sensor is fitted the 'wrong way round'

Cheeky - I gave you a picture of its correct orientation and you go off and talk to the enemy.....harsh....Fixed it!!
