Work went slack so I made the most of it
Slow build up now so I can shim the doors/bulkhead

The other day when I drove it every time I let the clutch out there was a slapping sound. Wasn’t a knock but more a slap on the floor of the drivers side floor.
So today time to investigate, drove in the garage and opened the pit. Out with the light and off investigating I went.
15mins of looking,tapping and pulling stuff nothing jumped out at me. Loads of mud dropped on me but nothing obvious.
Got back in the 90 and pushed clutch a couple of times, it’s still there , slap slap.
Come on this can’t be hard to find can it?
Back under I go more pushing and pulling and more mud. Nothing!!!
Back in the car thinking maybe it’s my imagination that’s it’s the floor being slapped. Maybe it’s travelling from somewhere else. Nope definitely the floor. Under the bonnet look showed nothing either.
Last ditch attempt push the clutch with my hand and yes still slap slap.....

Please no laughing,the clutch pedal when pushed was catching the hard rubber mat thing in the floor and,when the pedal was release it lifted it a few cm and let go “slap”
Oh well at least that’s the first time I fixed something with no tools out the tool box.
While I was there I had a look at the small exhaust issue we have, rear silencer removed by other driver,well actually beaten into submission with a hammer till it gave up.
So a bit of googling tonight to find what I need. But I can feel a bit of mix & match coming on.

I had a slight accident getting the trattor into the garage as it's a bit tight, but the new snokel head turned up today

£9 on the bay , I had to buy a spare or two after greenlaning made one fall off and I crushed it...those things aint cheap

I need to have a look at mine. I'm getting some new vibrations that feel drivetrain related. It's a bit like when one of the propshaft joints is going. Last time when I was underneath changing the handbrake shoes they felt OK (about a month ago), but I must have another feel and see if I can locate the problem.

New fuel pump. Impressed by the routing of the fuel pipes going up to the injectors -
just enough space to remove / replace the pump and with paths through for an extension bar and socket
to get to the fixing bolts.

Fully confirmed my heater does now work .. All it took was a bit of a thumping to help seat the flap inside, which had stuck open thus not even letting the warm air through!
Mined ewe ... it now (still) has electrical issues, the indicators and the brake lights don't work!! All other lights, including Hazards, LED light, head lights dimmed and full and even reverse .. but no indicators or brake lights are a tad awkward to drive with!
Passed it's MOT yesterday, but ... the day after ...

For a man of you experience Paul, I presume that you've checked the simple things first like blown filaments in the brake lights and the brake light switch, I don't know whether its mechanical on the brake pedal or a pressure switch on the hydraulic lines on your vehicle.
With the hazard lights working, the indicator problems are unlikely be the bulbs or the relay, so I'd be inclined to start looking at the stalk switches.
