Disco1 cruise control

Hi all got disco 1 cruise control being a bit off have replaced all vacuum pipes had multi meter on ecu terminal good continuity on ground pin battery voltage on main supply same on secondary supply battery voltage from brake pedal pin set pin and decrease pin approx 9 to 9.8 volts from vss pin jumped pins for vac pump bellows contract and release as voltage applied and removed. Finger over vac pipe with bellows compressed push brake bellows release. Changed ecu still don't work! Any ideas anyone driving me mad and refused to be beaten by inanimate object!!!!!

Dont worry. Some have been around on ere for years and still haven't got the hang of it. They're a bit shall we say "rough" in the disco section, but at least most of them are warm blooded.
