Td5 egr cooler pipe blanking

My td5 has a make do pipe going to the egr cooler around top of engine which obstructs access and engine cover has to be off if i was to put a 2p at each end of egr cooler could i just disconnect pipe

You on about the coolant pipes? I used a bolt and jubilee clips

As for the cooler itself mines off totally.

I thought i coul get some though all mines buries behind pipe work etc...

The cooler can be blanked off at each end and left insitu if you like or you can remove the cooler totally and bung the coolant pipes.

I want to blank it as it will still pass mot with it removed but the pipe on the cooler is a different style and obstructs acces

yes these cooling lines can be plugged up ...thats providing your EGR isnt active
