Hi everyone, my 2006 3litre td6 vogue has developed an air leak. I noticed it after driving earlier, sounds like its coming from under the drivers door. Any advice on where to start.
Thanks.

I take it you mean a lesk on the air suspension and not air coming in from a damaged door seal. Put suspension on highest setting, axle stand under the chassis, slide under with a soapy water spray and give everything a good soaking and look for bubbles. I'm trying to remember if the air tank is the drivers side.

With diagnostics is the safest and best method.

If you really can't do that, on the tank there *may* be a drain plug, but I wouldn't advocate draining the tank through there unless you know what you are doing with pressure vessels.

Just think, one day your daily hack 90 will be loved back to life by someone wanting to rebuild it! Maybe It'll be yourself?o_O;)
Funny you should say that, was sorting out the air vent on the back axle yesterday and thought it was about time I took the body off and did a bit of H/D welding on the chassis, and then I looked at the doors and thought I might swap them out for some galvy ones and then etc etc -------------------
