The tub looks a bit high, does the tub sit on it's top-hat supports onto the chassis with little 3mm neoprene rubber gaskets nice and snug or is it sitting high?

The tubs looks too high and there should be a plate riveted to the tub with 2 rivnuts in it if you go to yrm metal solutions look in 110 rear tub product number 097a it's called rear body mounting nut plate can't post a link cus I'm on the iPad and I don't know how to do it  . Have you got it stuck on something under neath ?
Cheers Ian

Your rubbers on top of the bodymounts are probably too thick.
Get some fat mates to stand on the back or change them.

Here are some more photos, it looks like the rubber mounts are sitting flat on the chassis

Stick a screwdriver in the tub and chassis hole and bend it down until you get the bolt in the other one. Once you get one in the others will be easier.

I put half a dozen tractor weights on the tub to get it sitting right. Easier than a few fat mates. That bit then lined up - just one tubular outrigger was about 15mm out and I had to pack it. It was an rc chassis

Was it the passenger side? My passenger side tubular outrigger was a similar distance out.

Is this the 110 in your avatar picture? A small amount of movement at the other end of the tub will alter the height of that rear tub member. Have you fitted the bracket mounts that connect the front end of the tub to the centre cross section of the chassis?

Should have had the adjustable rear tub mounting, that's what I had ! Still had to fight the Bugger

You can't yours has the tabs welded to the rear cross member 200tdi type. The td5 type is better as it has a plate with the tabs that bolts to the rear cross member.

no, it isn't, it would be nice if it was. I am trying to restore my first defender. Nothing has been secured to the chassis because it will be coming off again to be painted, just trying to make sure everything fits
