Hi all, I'm new to this forum. I've been looking around for a Discovery for a while now, and I really like the Series 2 shape. Anyway most of them that are older have high miles. However I found one that is a 2000 reg having done only 57k miles. It's a TD5 with an ES trim. It drives beautifully and has a full landrover service history. 2 owners. But not knowing much about older land rovers has this got the potential to just be very problematic? It's intended only to be used as a weekend car, road trips into the country side etc. Want to get into some off-roading eventually too. Trips to the continent as well. All advice gratefully received!

Hello mate a TD5 es is a lovely car,I've owned one for 6 years, if they're looked after and serviced properly you shouldn't have too many issues and if you do get any problems people on here will always help out
