P38A tyre size

Hi,anyone running 255/55/19.on a P38. I realise that the circ will be up ,just wondered thanks

If you want to run 19" wheels you need 255-50-19 tyres. If you use 55s your speedo will be out and the spare will not fit in the wheel well.

Got a feeling @Saint.V8 had them on one of his P38s. Think his were off an L322 with spacers. Drove beautifully if I am correct although it may have rubbed the arches slightly on full lock in reverse.

Yep, on the 4.0 SE, they were fitted on 19 L322 rIms and spigots rings to align the rim correctly......

The ride was actually very good too....
