Gonna necro this.
So, after my journey up norf this weekend, the only thing letting the RR down was the brakes. Discs, pads and hubs at the front were replaced last week. I still have this clicking going on.
I've read plenty of threads here on the forum about clicking brakes and the ABS etc but so far I've not been able to identify an issue the same as mine. With the new hubs, the teeth wont be an issue any longer. Next thought was the plastic washer in the modulator, but according to Wammers and Datatek, I should have the metal washer (

Just to recap, I get a clicking noise (and feel) from the brake pedal. This can be from any kind of braking (hard, soft, etc) and the clicking can continue after I've released the brake i.e. foot no longer on the peddle however the later only happens for under a second.
No issues on diagnostics that I can see (Nanocom).
Any suggestions/ideas/recommendations please folks? This is the last of the annoying problems I have to sort and would like to get it done before crappy weather comes
Cheers.
