Battery has been going randomly flat and went completely flat the other day so it's had a full recharge and put back on the car, then the air suspention inactive warning came on was working ok before albeit a little slow (no air leaks that I could hear) Two lights on the height adjustment were on but no movement when turned, yesterday I replaced the FSR after reading about battery drain issues and today I have replaced piston ring etc in the compressor now it's back in the car I have no lights at all on the suspention height selector!
Any ideas?
I'm in weston super mare anyone close have a diognostic reader?
Thanks Simon

if you have suspension inactive warning in the dash display you could try the steering lock to lock to clear it pausing at each full lock then back to centre

if you have unplugged the air compressor from the car then the system will lock out causing a hard fault with no lights on the dash etc.. air suspension inactive..

only can be reset with diagnostics

to be honest id recommend you'd get yourself your own diagnostics kit, the RSW All comms suits most users needs and it will pay for itself in just a couple of uses.

No lights at all sounds odd, without diagnostics its a bit tricky, checked all the connections from when you took it apart to fit the piston ring ?

Try searching on here regarding hard and soft faults, Saint has explained the difference a few times i have read but cant remember what the difference is and what symptoms you get.
sorry not much more help

edit, or just read the post above from hippo..

Hi Hippo thanks for the info, will have to invest in one I've read a lot on here about the need for one! I did have a quick look on the RSW site yesterday so will invest in one soon! However that's not soon enough for the missus!!!! So it's off to the garage for me!

Holidaychicken, yes double checked all connections and put back as took out, yes I've seen a few hard and soft faults while looking through here for info thanks for your help will update after a trip to the garage!!!

good luck then, as hippo said its faulted out but when i did my compressor piston ring it didnt trip out but they are fussy creatures

Ok so an update re the above!
As advised on here I replaced the FSR,then replaced the battery and put a new piston kit in the compreser for the suspention, Then took the car to a local garage who deals in landys he then put it on his diagnostics kit cleared all faults and now it's back to normal :)
Thanks for every ones input it's saved me a lot of cash so cheers lads
