£0.96p a litre cant remember when it was that price it was many years ago last time i was in france they had the fuel strike and i had to take diesel with me 60l in cans and a full tank 100l that hurt as it was much cheeper in france.

I paid 60 to 65p when I was in Russia and about 82 p when im in Australia

I'll swap some for pump diesel 1 to 1.
Hope you are saving up for a new injection pump.
Pressent pump has done 90K on bio (resealed last year with on signs of problems), that saving would buy another Disco, or even a fender

just done some rought maths 90k on bio =about £3,240 derv about £21,300 thats one hell of a saving

Unless he gets his ingredients for nothing and the 20 pence is the running costs per litre of his plant can't see how he does that. Cheaper no doubt but that seems a bit on the low side. Unless he has his electric plugged into a street lamp.
