Handbook Pack for P38

Having just taken delivery of our P38 Vogue 4.6, I have realised that my 'just keep pushing the buttons till it does something' outlook doesn't work.
Anyone point me in the direction of where best to either get an e copy or purchase one before I go onto flea bay? I also need a replacement service book but am OK with ordering that from the main dealer if needed.

If you order the EAS cable from me, it comes with a copy of RAVE that has the owners manual, service schedules etc. Don't waste cash on a service book, just record the services in a note book.
