Now u mention that, There's a small Overlandrs shop local to me and I've heard he does this. Will be paying him a visit me thinks. Can't believe there's nobody here that hasn't come across this problem.

youve had some answers if props too short fit a longer one or make it up with spacer etc

The problem I have with spacers is that they are keeping the angle of prop quite harsh. If can get one that fits properly/ longer then it will relieve some stress. Nobody's said this is what I've done just maybe this an maybe that. Just want to be sure before splash out on wide angle props. They ain't cheap yano...

DA6339 | Propshaft Spacer Kit 15mm

Bought it when I went from 300 to 200 prop with 4 bolt flange on rear diff .. but in my case it was too much, took spacer off and all's well, only a 2" lift. I honestly don't know how well it's do in the front, but if you want it £12.50 posted .. As said, brand new, fitted, run for a couple of miles round the streets then took off. It'll come with 4 longer bolts to suit ..

Bailey Morris in St.Neots made both of mine to custom length. Wide angle double cardon. Was expensive though!

Right I have made enquiries and apparently the wide angle props have an internal rubber seal which allow a lot of travel an no dirt to get in. Unlike the crappy cap like seal on the standards.
