i badly need wide angle props.ive got 4inch lift i knew the props were bad but its just started makeing a funny noise looked underneath the ujs have been fouling badly and now there nakerd.are the gkn ones any good.there the only 1s ive seen that are a make ive actualy heard of

I just got a front and rear for my tdi defender from adventure 4x4 £330 delivered, carnt rember the make but they were heavy compared to the ones I took off

gkn are the original fit items, think they used to be hardy spicer, probably as good a uj as you will get

I need a wide angle prop on the front me disco. Has anyone got one? Jut wondering if they are any longer or do u fit spacers. Mines got a 4" lift and the standard was over stretched which meant the dirt/dust seal to the splines wouldn't fit and has allowed crud in and knackered it. Cheers boyos.

It is? Mines a 200. Interesting but what I need to know is are the wide angle ones any longer? With the 4" lift the standards are over stretched.

200 tdi disco is same length as 300 tdi disco or defender its only the defender 200 and previous thats longer, wide angle or double cardan arent longer than std

Oh fender's are longer, sorry. So what would be the cure to this? Prop flange spacers? What has everyone else with a 4" lift done, gaitor around splines? The old series are gaitor we arnt they,!?

I bought gkn 1s or I think that's wot they were can't rememba now.they were both wide angle with longer slide joints
