Cheers Rob. I think it just finds that position when you plonk it on the bonnet and suits it really well. How much did you cut in your bonnet as couldn't see much of a hole? I cut out most of the vent size in my bonnet from about 2 inches from the front lip from side to side to the back of the vent

I've got two holes - 30mm maybe - on the side above the turbo/intercooler pipes.

Do you notice any difference in running temperature?

Did a full stencil on a3 and a copier to get a template. I asked a printer to make one for me, but as a custom print I was getting quotes of anything upto £300, so £20 for a roll of vinyl and a few many hours later...job done

Think I have enough left over to make another in case any gets damaged

To be honest, with the new rad it barely gets hot on the runs I do, and pre rad and scoop was boiling hot, so not sure if it helps or not, esp with fitting new rad pretty much after scoop, but cant do any harm.

I've not spotted a difference in temperature but what the hell, it looks sick!!!

Not at all. The lump at the end has D Pillar trims, door switches, pollen filter, interior lights and 10 lock barrel clips for the petrol flap so if anybody wants one - PM me.

But what about the long bit?
