Yes I know about that I had one leak only a pin hole , its makes the tickover slightly erratic I've a spare no 1to 5 if needed op

There are three main seals that leak. Top case,middle case and O'ring around pressure head. But unless you know the procedure for doing that it should not even be attempted. Not having the pump on cam when letting the pressure head move out enough to change the O'ring can get you in very fiddly trouble, if the spacer falls out.

Tick over seem fine howeverv when i first start in after a long stand its very lumpy for the first 2-3 seconds

Sign of a couple of duff glow plugs. Takes time for the unheated cylinders to join the party.

No no0t all the same, but look up the part numbers to see if they are the same.
