Tyres again.

Can anyone recommend a good all terrain tyre for a 2010 L322 3.9 TDV8?

It's looking likely that it's going off road again.

I currently have 20" so possibly either all terrain Cooper Discoverer or even drop down to 19 inch wheels for a higher sidewall to cope with the rocks and store the 20's

The last two times it's been out I've taken huge chunks out of the sidewalls at nearly £300 per tyre.

BF Goodrich ATs seem to be the de facto tyre on our team. From Disc1 through to Disco4, none on the Rangies though. We're all sporting road tyres

I've always used Bfg a/t we now are sporting a set of genrsl grabbers slightly cheaper than bfg's 265/ 75 / 16 on one of our p38 and the other is a set of nexus road kings 255/65/ 16@ an amazing £88 so far they ain't bad look em up .

I currently run 20" Pirelli Skorpion Zero's and have just ordered a new set to replace them with the same

I do go A/T !

I go on tarmac, into puddles, muddy car parks and have even been known to go into a forest (on a forest gravel road though!)

AT copper AT3 work a treat and long wearing with good snow and ice handling qualitys

16's int no good on an L322 rangey.

cant imagine copper wheels would last very long with the metal thieves of today !

Yes sorry 3.6 V8. Seem to be stuck in a time warp between my old 3.9 V8 P38 and this one. Or even the 3.0 TD6.
