Hi

For the past few weeks my EAS had been sitting low on the passenger side by a least four inches. It doesn't matter what ride height it is in, even on access mode the car is still low. There are no leaks in the system, it rises quickly and will stay up for weeks with very little drop. What ever is causing this problem may well be draining my battery as a brand new battery is only lasting 1.5 days. It think the compressor may be running too often but am not sure. There are no faults in the message centre either.

Thanks in advance for any help.

On access mode??? Have a check under the car that all sides are on the bump stops, if they are then it sounds like a bigger issue than the suspension :/
Re battery, do a search on RF receiver, which has a habit of draining and killing batteries by keeping the car's computer awake.

You need to put it on diagnostics and read the settings. Cleaning the plugs on the sensors may improve things.

As the others have said, heights sensors are the most likely cause of it sitting low one side. For the battery, the RF receiver, unless the battery's not been charged adequately or is faulty. Been a fair few faulty when new batteries recently.
You need diagnostics for the EAS. PM me for details.:)
