Having learntid some lessons in whats needed I'm happy to help out with a camp....could bring me big tent up
Just need a big field like yours or a Landy friendly camp site

Noooooo- need a good year's gap and to appeal to the widest spectrum of people you don't make it difficult to travell hooge distances in winter weather and limit those who would camp either

as much as i love driving in snow ,wouldnt warmer days be more conducive for any camping or just for the socialising part of a tripLakes in the snow

i would still be interested.. our lass and i organised a wales trip, including camping with nice facilities, and bbq on arrival and breakfast for the whole group for 3 days... and another to the lakes for 3 days..

Might be a bit cold for the southern softies

Are the lanes up there subject to many seasonal TRO's? south side of Salisbury lots are closed until 21st March

I'd be up for this, helper, leader, hanger-on, whatever. Can't see many lanes being very useful round Doncaster, though I know a fair amount of North Yorks and Peaks lanes and routes ..
Reckon I could co-erce sister into letting us use a (very well drained!) field to camp in though .. but again it's probably way too far from anywhere with decent lanes.
