Walk Through for fixing the pump

I did look, but cant find it, its very confusing at that site, and you cant find anything easy, the search engine isnt working

Just been on it working fine. On first page select problems fixes maintenance and repairs. Then on next page Repair ops for 4.0 4.6. Then select suspension from list. Everything is there.
 
Yep thanks found it... did the pump, its not that in the end, although when i took it apart the Teflon seal was very thin on one side, so it was just a matter of time until it would have gone anyway, so at lest i caught it before it went, im gona do the diaphragm 2morrow, hoping that's the problem, we will see!!! thanks wam

Hope you changed the cylinder as well. It's pretty pointless fitting a new seal to an old cylinder. Always best to change both.
 
Yea i did wam, and the seal, and the filter as well, I was just reading up on how to do this diaphragm

Easy just whip the valve block out and remove four allen bolts holding the block that the blue pipe connects to. Take it off and diaphragm is in there. Don't lose the spring.
