hello !
im still very happy with my range rover since trading in my freelander last month.
since owning the new range i kept getting a flat battery when the car was left for a couple of days
anyway took it back to dealers and they changed the final stage resistor for the blower - problem sorted ! no more battery drain !
untill today, hissing down with rain, car steaming up - turn my blower on to clear windscreen to find the blowers not comming on ! Drove home stuggling to see out the windscreen !
the dial speed LED's light up and the rear blower is working just the front blower does not come on at all !
could it be the resistor has packed up again ? surly not ? unless its a loose connection if it wasnt fitted properly in the first place ?
also iv heard there is an upgraded wiring harness for the HVAC ?
this one - YNI500040K WIRING HARNESS | shop | www.lrseries.com | L. R. Series)
can these still be purchased ? as wherever i look they seem to be discontinued ??
maybe this will help cure the blower ?
thanks for the help
