Quick question
How does the eas determin the level when self leveling
Ive noticed a few times that even when parked on level ground it sometimes leans over to the passenger side
its not a leak because its not completly down on the passenger side and it seams the same front and back
About 2" lower than drivers side
once started levels fine within 3/5 seconds

It doesn't level in that it hasn't got some sort of spirit level built in. What the electronics are doing is looking for a certain reading from the height sensors attached to each corner. It might be interesting for you to get the connection lead and disc from DATATEK and plug in and see what the sensors are doing. You might find that you've got a sensor breaking down. If that's the case then you're a lucky man getting warning before you get the dreaded bleep, bleep, bleep - 35mph maximum.

If it's leaning to one side it could well be a leak, It attempts to self level every 6 hours when parked but only it seems within certain limits. If a leak drops one corner more then the set limits it fails to completely level and over time it will lean. Otherwise use the get sensor height button on the EAS software to read the actual sensor heights when it's leaning and look for a reading that is much different to to other sensor on the same axle. If you want to attempt a quick fix, just unplug and clean the height sensor connectors. DON'T use WD40!
