need help with vcu!!!!!

hi all new to the site having problems with my freelander, u guessed it the vcu?! wen i got it the vcu wasnt sending drive to the rear wheels when under load but would when the car was up in the air ,switched it for a second hand 1 and it seemed to b ok but after a couple of months ive now got no drive to the rear wheels again, hav i been unlucky or is something damaging the vcu??

yeah gunna get re-con 1, guess ive been lucky that they hadnt seized and dun more damage.
