Another Synergy 2 thread! Black wire??

Morning Gents, short time reader first time poster here

Recently bought a '03 plate TD4, great car! To go along with it I bought a Synergy 2 second hand from Ebay, couldnt let the chance pass!

Turned up this morning, all looks good but something is different from the install instructions,

That random black wire sticking out on its own from the 5 Pin connector, where does it need to go? Earth?

hi i fitted one of these "booster" and would never fit another one all they seem to do is put more fuel through and in turn you need new turdo hoses earlier than you would normaly

the synergy's are great units ! everyone uses them and everyone i know that has used the units before would recommend them.

iv had them on my last 2 freelanders and had no problems

As above this has made a great difference, and only bought after doing a lot of research on the product.

Feels great, with the EGR bypass the Freelander pulls like a train - almost

yep !

makes it feel like your freelander has gained a 3 litre engine ! lol
