Hey Guys.

I've took the side steps off my Freelander due to corroding brackets & trying to trace a rattle on the car. I prefer it with them off as we really don't use them, so I'm giving away a set of sidesteps. They are the aluminium ones, but the brackets will need repairing or replacing. I'm in the City Quay area of Dundee if anyone wants to come and collect them. Otherwise I'm just going to skip them.

Bloody typical,I've just bought a set of black ones off ebay which arrived today! Is it the tear drop shaped ones you've got, if so I'll take them off your hands! :)

Nah,they're not what I was looking for!
Your car looks fine with them on,be prepared for getting your doors dunted in the supermarket car park if you leave them off,my doors have been done twice so I can't get my rails on quick enough!

I have the TD4 Sport on 04 and I think that style of step/runner was standard on the sport.

I too have corroded brackets, not a mark on the car anywhere but the brackets are fu**ed. But I like the step, so I'm looking into making new brackets..
