Yep had to remove a.r.b with engine half out:mad::rolleyes:.
Gonna replace the n/a engine in me 90 with it. :D

Just watched my mate Tom put the 200 and boxes in his td 90.
Everythin fitted after tilting the rad back a bit and lowering it, just had to move engin moutings after bolting props on to get it positioned right. Used td temp sender so gauge right.
Rubber turbo pipe was a bit near the suspension turret but no real probs, started first turn on the key:)
Tom welded part of his td gearstick to the disco one and made a very light and smooth change.
Lets know how it goes, I'm doin 300 into 110 soon:)

went over to taff land yesterday pm and picked up me roll cage for the old 90

Did a disco engine & box in a mates 90 td last year so know how it goes, cheers.
I'm contemplating stripping the boxes and putting the shorter input shaft and bell housing from the 90 box onto the disco box and the gear stick/ selector shaft from 90 to disco, to keep engine in the same place and gear change standard 90.

Just bin drivin' mine past couple o' days, made a start on tidying out me garage and refitted me swingaway wheel carrier.
Got a bit more clearin' up to do in the garage and check to see if me A-frame ball joint is knackered or if it's bushes that's causin' a loud bang when ah go over a big pot hole!;)

Got bored of tidyin' me garage and decided to knock out the A-frame ball joint that was on me white bus and give the fulcrum a clean ready fur paintin' and new ball joint this weekend...
