Daft as it might sound I had this issue with an old ldv van when ever I put super market fuel in it, was fine when ever I filled it up at a Normal petrol station ! Just my 2p's worth :-) good luck getting it sorted !!

Thank you honolulujoe !! had the worst customer service experience ever calling exmoor trim so i gave the guys at Undercover covers a call and they were great, helpful and cheaper than exmoor ! :-) they have lost a customer for life here !
