Possible the silencer internals are rotten and baffles are no longer !!

My 90 will sit comfortably at indicated 70mph on a light throttle and has some in hand to accelerate and overtake. (unmodified) Have you checked engine rpm at full throttle? are you sure about final drive ratio's ? Tyre size? If ratios have been altered you might just be running out of usable...

Mineral 2 stroke oil.

Check steering geometry.........too much toe in can make it twitchy.

They did filter and oil change so should have checked level afterwards ? My only concern is whether any damage can be done running with too much oil?

My wheel is a Mota Lita from Mudstuff and the supplied Boss accepts indicator cancel ring.

The indicator cancel ring is made of spring steel of some sort that clamps around the steering wheel boss. I removed it using a pair of circlip pliers and then fitted to new wheel in reverse. :)

Pukka, very nice. Surprised it needed chassis at a mere 60k miles. Hoping to get my '98' to a similar standard eventually. Usually end up doing a dozen extra jobs on the way to finishing the one I started !;)

Can the main seal be replaced with engine in situ and box out on 300tdi, or does motor need to come out?........mine suffering the same symptoms. :)

Thanks for reply. I was wondering how much dismantling is required to actually get it out? i.e Roll bar, prop shaft? Does front engine acoustic cover come out once axle is dropped by jacking on chassis?

My sump joint appears to be leaking. Anyone give any pointers to removing sump to replace sealant please?
