    Nanocom Evolution P38 - Motronic & EDC

Yes, you said that you got a group buy. If somebody wanted/needed one now though unless they could find 9 or more other people to join them they'd be buying direct and it would cost them £350 plus shipping to get the same thing. Also, as I said in the original post and my first reply to you, I...

    Nanocom Evolution P38 - Motronic & EDC

If you got a good group buy/discount for your purchase then I'm happy for you. Looking now it would cost £350 plus shipping to get the same thing, if I've got that wrong please let me know. I also said "or near offer" so anyone is free to make me an offer on it.

    Nanocom Evolution P38 - Motronic & EDC

I have for sale my Nanocom Evolution for the P38 Range Rover. It has both the Motronic (NCOM04) & EDC (NCOM06) engine modules enabled so will work on all diesels & the newer petrol V8 engines. It is in great condition and has been rarely used - £300 ono

Diary of a first time Range Rover owner

I've not updated for a while, but after trying and failing to remove the starter motor (I think someone has tried before and made a mess of the 'hidden' bolt) I reconnected all the power connectors and it worked. I can only assume it was a funky connection and the contact cleaner I sprayed...

P38 wont start... does it have heat stroke?

When mine wouldn't start I got as far as disconnecting the leads from the starter motor to remove it. Once I realise someone else had stripped the top bolt in a previous attempt I put it all back together again. It then started no worries. I'd have a crawl underneath and check the connections on...

    door lock, disabling super locking

Isn't there a bracket or something that you can cut off the replacement lock which makes getting it back in much simpler? I'm sure I read that somewhere...

2001 Rangie -- fan speed control

I have an extra little bit of paper in addition to my owners manual with the instructions on letting the sat-nav power down before disconnecting the battery. Not that it helped as the previous owner had work done before selling and fried the sat-nav in the process. When I get it sorted out...

Have changed key fob batteries, now engine is disabled

I had something similar after reconnecting the battery once. Had the engine disabled message but the car would unlock with the key, and entering the EKA code didn't help. In the end I locked the car with the key fob, then unlocked the door with the key which triggered the alarm. I then hit the...

What did you do with your Range Rover today

Tried and failed to get the starter motor out. Feeling around the top bolt it felt kinda sharp, which I hoped wasn't the results of someone else's failed attempt to remove it. Sadly when I got the socket & extension bars in place it turned rather easily and the nut didn't actually come out so I...

Nanocom - Where can I buy one?

Yep, all V8's from 2000 on have the Bosch Motronic engine management regardless of 4.0 or 4.6.

Nanocom - Where can I buy one?

And as someone who did exactly that I can vouch for how simple the process is.

    flat battery again*****

Have you checked which version of the RF Receiver you have? It could be you have an old one which is causing the BECM to be woken up continually by various wireless signals. It's a very common cause of battery drain.

Time for a new exhaust system….any suggestions!?

What should I be searching for if I want to find someone who could custom build an exhaust, or even just replace my centre box with a straight through pipe? I'm assuming the usual kwik-fit type exhaust places will just want to fit standard parts rather than fabricating something specific, but...
